anyone of you sign the loan agreemnt and settle the downpayment for dzaman 2? What are the rate you all take from the bank? How about the loan agreement legal fee?

Aftr I posted a feedback at their website, th reponse from I&P on 5 Nov 2012:
Further to our discussion with JKR Klang this afternoon, verbally JKR has no objection to our proposal to proceed with the repair work necessary at Jalan Pendamar (in front of Petronas).
We also has identified the depression area at junction of Persiaran Bayu Impian. A joint inspection between the consultant and contractor has been arranged tomorrow morning to identify the extend of the damage.
The rectification works will proceed within this week if weather permitted.
