Went there today for the launching.. the double storey hourse selling like hot cake from RM 388,888 onwards.
Is it worth to buy at this price for 24x70 for investment?

I think the corner/end lots are value for money.

how much is the corner/end lot? i think bayuemas is a lot cheaper compare to bukit tinggi 3

End lot is 422k and corner 512k if not mistaken..first day launch all sold out only left with intermediate. Manage to booked for 388k on the first day.

Prices of Klang landed freehold properties near main roads may continue to rise therefore it is still a feasible investment.

This area is along Jalan Pandamaran off Jalan Langat. It is two kilometres from Ambang Botanic. Nearby is a cricket field and Sazean development.

i've seen the map. actually i don't understand why that side is called jln pandamaran. it sort of confuse ppl with the real pandamaran. saw it during last weekend's expo in MV. But sadly all the sales ppl in I&P booth are talking to each other, not doing anything just let customers walk around and see themselves. no taking down customers' contacts, give out brochure nothing! disappointed with them. Sort of lost confidence with I&P yawn.gif i went there 2 days, both the days also same thing. haiz~

Because they know it is freehold landed at good price so not necessary to do much hard selling.


In contrast the leasehold strata title apartments/condos need to do a lot of packaging such as DIBs, rebate, discount etc

In addition they engage young and good looking boys and girls as sales persons, free quality food, hire HK superstars, feng shui masters etc.

yesterday i went to their sales office, the SA said there are no more unit available...
in addition, the SA is only a normal looking malay guy... not young, not goodlooking, haha

The area is still new though, so don't know how it'll turn out. But the price is cheaper than bukit tinggi 3, and the location is slightly better , straight exit to kesas.

Waiting for SKVE to come in, so that I can cut out into Teluk Panglima Garang and head to Cyberjaya were I work, I think that will be coming in 2012/2013.

Ya the end lot which have their own roof design if compare with the intermediate..but why in their master plan your house is 22x75...just curious.

btw, love the road space between you and the opposite.
