Last week I went to Bdr Parklands and view Dzaman2 from there, its superb view.
You may wanna try that.

Can see the 2nd road from Jln Langat into Bayuemas, and also can see the big main drain there.......

Im watching news rite now..heard they opened several flood relief center in s'gor. One in Klang..our bayuemas affected or not? My cousin's house bandar puteri got flood alrdy..haizz worried la

long time didnt visit bayuemas...
how is bayuemas now...
anyone get I&P 2013 calendar?
is it available in bayuemas sales office?

Just as an info to all..
IOI just launched 2-1/2 storey,
Cassava, 22 x 75 size & built up 2700 (i think)
now soft launch with starting price RM725k
only 2 rows of houses launch for now but total units are 196.

Any1 interested i guess can drop by to their office.

Apart from the above info, i notice IOI & WCT are being more aggresive in developement and new phases compare to I&P..
Hopefully I&P will match with them..

Any one here bought the "Warisan" 2 sty link house (phase A8A) in Bayuemas? I heard the owners there has petitioned to get I&P to sort out the 'flash flood whenever heavy rain' issue. Has these been done already?

yup, flash flood. The entire Warisan area becomes inaccessible when there is a heavy rain. flood until Petronas station area.

Hopefully they can do something before it affects the image of the area.

Anyone from Warisan/Warisan2 can confirm last 1-2 weeks got flood there???????
I heard I&P, do up main drain oledi 1 month back.

Hi Chinkw1 & others Bayuemas residents,

I one of the warisan house owner..yes there was a flash flood last 1 month ago..that quite worst coz my hubby unable to drive his car into warisan house area and need to park his car at Petronas and have to walk along the way frm Petronas to our home...only on the next morning we able to take back our car at Petronas..

Another story to share, i quite frustrated with the developer contractor because they take a long time to fix up my house damage that caused by leaking water tank.

can u imagine my master bedroom have that kind of flash flood for a while. Some of my new painted on wall have been damaged and plus some of my downlight and ceiling fan unable to be turn on due to power trip. Plus my carpet and my sofa are wet by leaking water tank...

omg, warisan flooded. dzaman sure also gone.
i&p house quality also bad?
they really need to to improve.
now d marketing no good, drainage also problem, entrance landscape takde...every thing behind if compare to nearby township.

1+ months ago, ya, that was the time the junction infront of Dzaman still not done yet.
At that time, they put a pump at junction of Jln Langat to pump water.
And then they re-do the tar road infront of Dzaman/Petronas.

Does it still flood past 1-2 weeks ?

Ya agree, the front sign of Bayuemas is covered by bushes...

How come I&P does not seem committed to develop bayuemas township? The land is free from govt since they are GLC?

On the other hand, Alam Impian also by I&P in Shah Alam are much better off....

The main road also lots of holes...

dont tell me we cant do anything on this.. susah payah cari duit beli rumah.. ingat rumah baru tak ada prob..tapi sama je.. sigh..

Actually its true that, both AlamImpian and Bayuemas are by I&P, but how come AlamImpian is better ?.

There are 2 things I&P should do to improve Bayuemas:
1. Clear the bushes at the landscape by the entrance. From Jln Langat, Bayuemas looks like an unexplored jungles...;(
2. Do up the main road nicely and stop heavy vehicles especially palmoil tankers passing thru that road.

But road wise, looks like between parklands and Dzaman2 they are going to built a big road exit to Jln Langat.
