I just bought one 1293sf unit in block D. The new access road which linked to KESAS Highway is under construction, it is opposite Green Avenue.

Just received today, same offer BLR-2.2%. They said Alliance Bank has no more quota. I went to the site on last weekend, it is not developed yet. How many years left for the land as it is leasehold?

I remembered the sales agent told me that there are 3 banks for this project. They are Alliance, UOB and Am bank. BLR-2.1%??? Really, I though should be the same, BLR-2.2%, better go and clarify with the sales agent.

I asked the sales agents last month and they let me know the developer will start levelling the land in Apr but i don't see any progress till now.

Besides, I signed my offer letter 2 weeks ago but my s&p agreement is not ready yet.

Any updates on this? one of my fren drop 2 of his units. He said that this developer looks like not reliable as until now advertising permit still has not been approved by DBKL. All the purchasers are still unable to sign S&P even though the loan has been approved.
Im worried about this.. Anyone know about this?

Wow.. really ready to sign?? previously really think to let go my unit, now just wait few more days see whether any one ask me to sign S&P..

sigh...i have not received any call yet may i know are you the first batch buyer? my unit actually is let go by those buyers that can not get the loan approval.

sigh...i also have not signed the SnP, the project is damn slow, furthermore the completion date is 3 years from the SnP date, dun know whether got anybody has signed it???

If after sign S&P the project stop, we all gone lo... still need to pay bank loan but get nothing...

Some photos I took this morning, it looks like only one tractor was working there. I really don't understand how come the developer did not count on the possible landslide issue before starting the project .

I received a call from the lawyer this afternoon, they ask me to sign S&P this weekend.

I Signed S&P last Sunday. But the date still not sure year as they will only put a date once the developer sign on it.
Any other sign S&P Already?

i have signed my S&P 1.5 month ago but i have not yet obtained the final copy from the lawyer. The project is really slow as the construction periods are 3 years from the S&P date and the lawyer let me know the date will only be stated once signed by the developer . It took almost half a year till the S&P ready for sign and just got to know the S&P date is not confirmed yet . Anyone here has get the final copy from lawyer? Besides, i understand that the land will only left with 80+ years once the project is completed. Do anyone knows whether the developer has renewed the leasehold period to 99 years?

I called you last week and you let me know all the S&P are with the lawyers now for stamping but the lawyer let me know the S&P are all with the developer and awaiting your side to return the signed copies. Called him previously but gave me wrong information thus i called the lawyer . I called the lawyer again few days ago and visited the sales office on the same day. Both told me that the developer only signed part of the SnP but did not confirm the SnP date thus the lawyer can't do stamping. The lawyer told me a lot of the buyers have started complaining on the progress. I visit the site almost every week and if i am not mistaken there are only 2 machines doing piling and the developer only done 20 out of 200 plus of piles . I have asked few bankers who know about the project and according to them, the developer take time to get approval from government to built the access road and the complaints from bukit OUG side is not really a major issue now. This is the first major construction project by Kiara so most probably they are a bit messy. This might be a good investment as it is quite near to the LRT station but most probably it will take longer time to be completed. Ya, the sales agent told me the delay of Kiara 2 is because the developer has not obtained the approval for the project, most probably they will launch it in Oct.

Anyone have any updates?
