The quotation you have is for how many square foot mate? To standardize what is the market price per sf now, has anyone perform a sub-sale yet? I still think the value should be close to RM550 per sf due to the developments around the area and comparables, any opinions on this?

There is already a lot of bidders at RM530 psf for 1050 sf, i think RM550 is achievable due to high demand for the area.
