parking rate 250 per month for 2 years? could be on high side to increase by future, as 8 levels podium carpark can fit 2000 bays on 1.66acres of land? i don't think so. better to check with S.A again. but i too believe can fit 1000 units of bays. any basement carparks?
retail podium only 20,000sf as stated in their annual report, believe catering for f&b and other convenient stores and services.
