Market seems quiet a bit after LTV 70%, probably best time to enter anything <RM1000/sf

I think the 1st 1000 registrants are fr staff, relatives, contractors, supplier, lawyer, architects, town planner, local authority...

no need to feel sad also, it is norms, if hv a chance to grasp 1 unit facing graveyard or highways can considered untung liao
