In case you are referring to the mailer, the 20k is only booking fees, not inclusive of the downpayment as per my understanding. The sum of 20k will need to be topup later for the total sum of downpayment if there aren't any freebies.

That's for the 2nd tower. First tower preview will be on this weekend, 400 units up for grabs for 1000 users apparently. I guess they are doing the groundwork for the 2nd session.

And you are being a bit over-optimistic about it. There was such a big hoo haa over Warisan Merdeka due to the office space oversupply in KL. And this development is not exactly helping that situation.
