anyone interested to know more about eve suites and wan to purchase a unit?

you might want to update us more on the construction status first and to clear the air before you want to push for more sales as yet.
I'm sure everybody else here will agree with me.

Today I passed by the site and seems like more activity going on since the hoarding gates were opened, normally they are closed. Saw more machinery and at least workers on the site.

Anyways, too bad this developer very 'tamak' selling fully furnished units and mark up their psf price so much, anyone with any exp in reno would know how much they are making on these. If they sell unfurnished units for reasonable price psf then this place is definitely a good investment.

Besides, what good is it when every single units looks the same?

That is one of the main reason i did not purchase this unit beside too expensive. Because all the unit will be the same and nothing special about it.
If you are staying there you at least need to do a scale renovation just to make things more differently than your next door neighbour.

if want special unit better buy own land and build your own. after completion take photos and claim copyright protection.

Dont worry. Nothing wrong or scary with the site progress. Its actually a good sign that finally physical works start moving. If they can rush up the tower crane installation, it will help overall site logistic and progress. Tower crane is like the heart of any project. Maybe expert like bro kochin can point out anything wrong with the site activities?
