It seems that some of  staffs From BIGHOUSE too invested in this development. Hence i encourage more purchasers to visit them in Mid valley Road show Preferably to check on the developer and NOT BIGHOUSE agent. Wonder they (Developer Representatives) will be there To take our CANNONS.

I told miss Kogi comparing the progress at Parklane and evesuite ( Both By Bighouse ), I doubt they can claim from purchasers 2 nd payment . Told him my intention to cancel the unit instead she told me i will be forfeited the 10%
down payment.

Miss Kogi reiterated that i can call developer to ask for cancellation . I am now contemplating to terminate my unit or to bear further RISK on this project .

when 70% sold will become >70% sold...

Now is 50%... so slow
