Developer got $, dun worry, not gonna close down anytime soon. Heard got internal reorganisation thats all .. They got incoming project lined up after eve.

hoping? not really... just to alert buyers, as long as the condo less then 50% completed still not guarantee the abandon to happen...

i hope it won't happen. i dun buy any of it. smile.gif

on another hand.....this is a a golden era for developers!!!
Anything sells....why wanna abandon!! Its not like they are making peanuts?

put it this way. the developer usually spend a considerable amount of money and resources to so called start a project. once that's done, it's usually quite hard for the developer to unwind what has been done. so when the project is so called launch, they need to proceed whether they like it or not. it's like between a hard rock and the deep blue sea scenario. most would probably just move along and hoping things to turn around. unless sales is extremely bad (say <20%).
but let's not forget they are a few classic case of abandoned projects in which the project is nearly completed but still ....

i am neither saying this project is showing any signs or symptoms of abandonment nor would it be completed.

let's just say i wish this project a great success for the purchasrs and the surroundings. nearby already got a platinum, we don't need another, do we?

Those who bought surely must be heart aching cos property is not cheap, so just wan to share what little i know .. Of course i kenot guarantee what i hear or relay here is 100% verified but at least share lo .. after all i'm a consumer too. smland got land in klang valley wana do luxury semi-d, so its important they settle this issue b4 launching any new projects. Eve is >50% sold so no problem make $ liao. Its a chicken egg situation, financing is tightening, they dun proceed, might affect more purchasers' approval chance. If proceed without their internal settled+ready, then will chaos oso. Surprised purchasers here no go smland office to seek direct clarification.

normally when the sales hit around 60%, ppl will say >60% sold
when 70% sold will become >70% sold...

Now is 50%... so slow

How much u wanna sell? 500k or 600k? Mean per sqf about rm700 which is more expensive than mont kiara or bangsar price. One room unit fetch this price is good.

too expensive to sell it. Even before piling already got several delay , not sure during construction .
Usually it cant go that high becasue the area need to develop also.

may take some time to come that stage if the building is up
