I think it would be march at least cause Dell probably wanna refresh it when all the other high end quad and dual core SB's come out... It's reasonable also considering the current XPS only came out in November... Refreshing specs so early, they would definitely gain losses

The current XPS laptop was released on October 2010, and the XPS 17 with SB will be out on Feb, in the USA.

But they're already clearing stock now! Gee I'd hate to wait that long for my laptop, have been waiting for months. My college start in mid March so maybe I'd get it by then.

be careful not to test the subwoofer's bass too much...my advice dont test at all just use normally. i tested my xpx 15's bass with some samples from youtube/ mp3 downloads... and now the subwoofer already start vibrating (kaput).. haiz..am gonna call dell for a replacement and not repeat the same mistake. another thing i read somewhere else, subwoofer can also kaput if play vlc player at 200% volume...obviously right..

wahahaha.. was about to regret buying the xps 14 after i read that part about the tv tuner.
was one of the considerations i have before buying. ultimately the unavailability of the keyboard backlight for the xps 15 was the deal breaker.

now waiting (not patiently) for my order to finish... i think i have refreshed the order status page 1000x already waiting for mine to finish building. LOL.
