this morning suddently i can not connect using auto connection..so decide to do diap up and success connect to internet...

haha that is the problem 4 kampung ISPs...same goes 2 usa australia n britain...2 smell fibre optic in cheap price,,,better live in big city like montreal new york los angeles sydney london 2 name a few

Same here. Back to square one. Getting at most 13KB/s on a 1Mbps subscription. I'm thinking of switching to dial-up. At least it's more stable than this "technology" that they proudly call ADSL.

use a download manager to download and watch it offline. if you are using firefox, do addon a plugin "downloadhelper".

Make announcements on http://www.tm.com.my/ap/about/media/Pages/Announcements.aspx more often, rapid and transparent without any nonsense upgrading exercise excuses. If something got screwed up, let it be known immediately or the next day, not after a month or after the issue has been rectified! Remind him that we are not using this service for free.

So, ask for me in this manner.

There are many angry users for many reasons throughout the country. To name a few common ones: Outages, high latency/packet loss, incompetent support, being behind the rest of the world and the more recent capping. There are mostly unsatisfied clients. TMNet is quite virtually the only service that's available nationwide and needless to say, the people depend very much on it as there isn't much else they can depend on. How do you feel about this? Mr CEO, given TMNet's performance, user satisfaction and being far behind the rest of the world, do you feel any shame? Do you feel any shameful responsibility towards this outcome? And if you are, what is TMNet doing right now that is trying to increase user satisfaction if at all?

Is TM doing something to downloads from filesharing sites? Most RAR files I download fail the CRC check.

we still can get better line inside MY but suck out from MY..


even we get a 1.6mb or anything bcause we ping to our server..
