i'm still capped today.

anybody knows when the official capped will be lifted? i can't stand this slow speed anymore...

mine too but only 200kbps...but then it drop back to a very low capped.

512kbps user here, capped speed getting worse today,see animated pix below.

10am, my cap just started...

just did a speedtest using streamyx and p1, both speed is nearly identical in true speed but when using speedtest, the speed is capped in half or even lower.

are they capping international bandwidth and leaving the local bandwidth alone?

this is a list of speedtest meter link hosted locally, all showing near identical as of streamyx speedtest meter. local bandwidth is not capped, only international bandwidth is. you can compare the speedtest meter hosted abroad and see the result.

in your complain, please specify that international bandwidth is capped or else you only make a fool of yourself if you try to argue with them.

todays' capping start so early around 7am++

the phone line got electricity one-lah, it can even light a LED bulb.

next friday is digital expo, wearing those shirt might attract attention especially streamyx booth.

*Tentris: please ask zam to reconsider about capping 512 and below package. it's already slow and now even slower. does TM have their own KPI? I always see a lot of people go TMPOINT complaining about the bad quality of line. it takes weeks to resolve petty issues.

the capping is back,feeling slowdown now...

i've just read an article, our problem are similar to Canadian's Roger ISP.

use a download manager to download and watch it offline. if you are using firefox, do addon a plugin "downloadhelper".
