yes, even after completion. the speed stays high throughout the initial test. but when I do the restart speed test it shows the capped speed. funny.

So from what I can surmise of the situation is that things are NOT OK where TM is concerned and they are NOT going to lift the CAP in the foreseeable future ie at least for 2-3 years. So what it boils down to is that if you can't stand the slow speeds for the next 2-3 years, now may the right time to switch ISP. Maybe Maxis or YES or Jaring or even Time.net. Or maybe upgrade to Unifi!

Can anyone confirm if corporate internet accounts are left untouched? cos if this capping is indiscriminate and across the board there will be severe repercussions from the international business community. How are the gweilos going to do business here? Watch out for an even bigger drop in FDI. Hopefully this gets on CNN or Al-Jazeera! rclxms.gif
