Speed is quite unstable. Sometime fast and sometime slow. What I mean is like this: Now slow, few seconds later fast again, few seconds later slow down again, then few seconds later fast again.

After reboot my modem, I totally can't login. Switch to bridge mode and use manual connection, Windows tell me error 691, wtf.

I faced frequent disconnection during midnight(12am-7am), and during this time there's no data after pppoe connection established, can't surf the internet at all
Connection during from 8am -12am is ok though.

Is this problem related to this capping by TM?

make sure upper management heard what the customers say
there are too many complains and problem that never reach the upper management
this is the biggest problem for a pyramid organization
the voice at bottom never reach the top
if this problem can be solved, i believe everything will get better
