Today at HotFm morning slot have Aduan Rakyat segment..Just call them and told all the people in the malaysia abut this..alot of malaysian not aware/ dont know about this capping..

i also had maked 5 calling report to 100 dan 3 email to them,but nothing improve my speed at batu pahat,johor...when i came back at pahang..the speed was same..f*** to tm..what the hell u r..

My area Taming jaya, Balakong also facing the cap. i using 4mb but i got speed 05kb/s, no joke huh, the downloader start with 180kb/s first then slowly drop till 05kb/s, yes, is 05kb/s. i facing this problem last weeks, my normal speed was 400kb/s++, pay so much but get the lowest speed, this is TMnet, i think alot 3rd country got better than us. maybe coz new package so they cap ppl, so ppl can sign the new package. 100 more year we still out dated from other country, vision 2020, sure fail.

YES is freaking expensive. YES is really PAY AS YOU USED. What I mean is, certain people who was heavy user, they exceed the fair usage per month, they'll need to pay, if they don't they no need to pay the extra charges.

But overall, ISP in Malaysia sucks... TM Nut just know how to suck money while using the old infrastructure. TMNUT is one of the ISP who charge very expensive compare to other country if we calculate charges/speed.

i think u guys got nothing better to do other than checking on capping issue everyday..lol...
at least streamyx has less intermittent problem nowadays. 
Keep complaining wont help, don't use their service if u are not happy.
