IMO, if you are considering the distance to LRT station alone then ZR is better. But if you drive then I think parklane oug is a better choice.

The PL not really walking distance to LRT Kg Muhibbah Station, if walking, u needed to pass through the medium cost, there is some risk over there expecially during night time. Time to reach LRT around 10min.

If u drive by car, u needed to becafu because sometime got children play around there, u must slow and steady to pass through the medium cost apartment. somemore u oso susah to cari carpark because of space limited.

Incorrect, the highlighted is one Jalil (shd be bigger 2/3 of the empty land), the not highlighted is the proposed school. Based on radius 3.4 KM away, PL kids are not likely enrolled in Lai Meng, but Yak Cheeost likely accepted

really can't stand those people who tries to put down this project just because they didnt buy/can't afford to buy. Real sour grapes. Anyway, live in this area almost my whole life already and also has been surveying nearby new projects and I dare to say that this project is the cheapest by far in terms of freebies included etc etc. Plus I also have faith in Akisama in terms of delivery. Disclaimer : NO one can predict what will happen in future of course. Every investment has its pros and cons/ risks otherwise it won't be known as an investment tongue.gif

For those who didn't read one of my earlier post here, I am currently staying in a project by Akisama as well and believe me , the negativities posted to me were tremendous. Density, traffic jam, blah blah blah , But I went ahead with it cos I know the area well and guess what, price has more than doubled and I still get calls from agents today wanting to buy my unit. (after staying 2 years). So believe in yourself, if you have a good feeling about it, go ahead and commit yourself, if in doubt, move ahead to the next project but please don't spread false rumours and negativities here.

Thanks and have a nice day everyone.

p/s. no, i dont work for Akisama /Big House whatsoever. Just sharing fair comments and past experiences.

Great point sweetpea123, for the simple reason that Parklane OUG is much cheaper than ZR, KR and all the other projects in the vicinity, it already makes this project the winner. As well as for location, definately the location of Parklane OUG is better than those in Bukit OUG, don't forget the ramp for Bukit OUG, even it is built, will only be one-way. For Parklane, can cut straight into Jalan Puchong. thumbup.gif

Well said Mr. Sweetpea123..i have a suggestion for you. The word "cheap" might giv an impression of low standard or low class. IMHO, the word "reasonable" is more appropriate in this context to replace "cheap". As a matter of fact, parklane price circa RM300k isn't cheap but just reasonably priced among others. I particularly like the location adjacent to the soon to be upgraded Jln Puchong (3 lanes) compare to those in the bukit oug enclave, accessibility is an essential element for a developments to success. my 2 cents.
