QUOTE(sweetpea123 @ Apr 3 2011, 12:40 PM) really can't stand those people who tries to put down this project just because they didnt buy/can't afford to buy. Real sour grapes. Anyway, live in this area almost my whole life already and also has been surveying nearby new projects and I dare to say that this project is the cheapest by far in terms of freebies included etc etc. Plus I also have faith in Akisama in terms of delivery. Disclaimer : NO one can predict what will happen in future of course. Every investment has its pros and cons/ risks otherwise it won't be known as an investment For those who didn't read one of my earlier post here, I am currently staying in a project by Akisama as well and believe me , the negativities posted to me were tremendous. Density, traffic jam, blah blah blah , But I went ahead with it cos I know the area well and guess what, price has more than doubled and I still get calls from agents today wanting to buy my unit. (after staying 2 years). So believe in yourself, if you have a good feeling about it, go ahead and commit yourself, if in doubt, move ahead to the next project but please don't spread false rumours and negativities here. Thanks and have a nice day everyone. p/s. no, i dont work for Akisama /Big House whatsoever. Just sharing fair comments and past experiences. Well said Mr. Sweetpea123..i have a suggestion for you. The word "cheap" might giv an impression of low standard or low class. IMHO, the word "reasonable" is more appropriate in this context to replace "cheap". As a matter of fact, parklane price circa RM300k isn't cheap but just reasonably priced among others. I particularly like the location adjacent to the soon to be upgraded Jln Puchong (3 lanes) compare to those in the bukit oug enclave, accessibility is an essential element for a developments to success. my 2 cents. QUOTE(davionf @ Apr 3 2011, 09:46 PM) Hi, does anyone know that what is the minimun distance to keep with high-tension cable? I calculate the distance between UOG Parklane and the nearest High-tension tower. it just 450m. does it consider save? you got "起笑" or not? from where u measure the distance of high tension to Parklane? please show on the mad, else don't simply give false information. 搞搞阵 This post has been edited by alekfegurson: Apr 3 2011, 10:07 PM

QUOTE(JustNobody @ Apr 4 2011, 11:43 AM) Some blocks in oug parkland is about 150m away from the HTC. By the way, interesting to find out that the HTC tower behind the industry park is on the hill and stand high to the sky!! So, that's a bye bye for me to get into oug parkland. Don't be sin ka lin la..i measure from google earth, the nearest unit at E2 (KLCC view) to the HTC, it gives me the result 269M. 150m is a blutant lie! be responsible to what u say.

QUOTE(JustNobody @ Apr 4 2011, 03:02 PM) May be you are right, but I am doubt about 269m away, which tower u plot anyway? Hehe... by the way, what I really don't like is the HTC tower standing high at the hill top... Good luck if you are buying E2.

QUOTE(eXTaTine @ Apr 5 2011, 07:44 PM) Actually its same like the Bukit OUG area which will have over 4k units when all the developments are completed, but Bukit OUG area will probably be worse due to the access roads... Many ppl just see on the surface, but never really study indepth. for a couple developments i.e.ZR, KR, Rainz and the existing Bkt OUG condo packed in a considerably small size of land yet they say low density compare to OUG Parklane. but they failed to realise that PL is built on 30+ acres with individual compound by phase. and that they calls it high density..what a joke.

QUOTE(RyanTham @ Apr 17 2011, 11:54 AM) if the jusco really build there...then distance from parklane would be around 1.7km to reach jusco.... the thing is that "novabankinghall" still not happy with the distance wor. he saids parklane is 5km away to jusco as if the distance to IOI mall. i wish to suggest to him that he can probably build his roof attaching to jusco. ppl offers 1 inch he demands for 1 meter; when ppl gives what he asks for; he wants 1KM. wth

QUOTE(22222222 @ Apr 17 2011, 04:07 PM) Confirm Jusco will built there? or just "wind" oni. confirm la bro..jusco has been lobbying for this plot of land long long time back. the awan besar interchange that were recently built and large plot of land area next to hiway is a great catalyst to materialise the plan.

QUOTE(22222222 @ Apr 17 2011, 04:53 PM) Wow...there is a good news for all residents at Bukit Jalil/OUG.....Most benefit is Kiara 1&2 & Bukit OUG Condo residents, walking distance... OUG parklane also can reach by walking la..walk less than 1km ride on LRT at PPR then stop at the next station oni what.too near to the mall not good also ,surely traffic jam like hell if not sure very messy. you guys dun need to waste the effort promoting "unit for to let go" or "top up". As a matter of fact, the developer will not permit changing name once you have booked your unit...all units booked shall be returned as developer unit if SNP not being proceeded.
