Already bought one yesterday. There are a few cheap units still up for grabs (below RM275,000). Of course the view is nothing to shout about, but for investment wise, I think it's pretty OK smile.gif

There will always be a lot of "expert" advices here. I remember the same went to my current home (by the same developer). So many saying it's super dense, traffic jam etc etc . but it has appreciated more than 100%. Bought at RM214000 now easily RM450000. I don't expect this Parklane to match the same result but making some money shouldnt be hard if no unforseen circumstances arises.

So if you don't have to pawn your underwear to buy a unit, it should be OK provided it is comfortable to your budget. After all, it isn't everyday you will get a freehold unit at this price in this market.

really can't stand those people who tries to put down this project just because they didnt buy/can't afford to buy. Real sour grapes. Anyway, live in this area almost my whole life already and also has been surveying nearby new projects and I dare to say that this project is the cheapest by far in terms of freebies included etc etc. Plus I also have faith in Akisama in terms of delivery. Disclaimer : NO one can predict what will happen in future of course. Every investment has its pros and cons/ risks otherwise it won't be known as an investment tongue.gif

For those who didn't read one of my earlier post here, I am currently staying in a project by Akisama as well and believe me , the negativities posted to me were tremendous. Density, traffic jam, blah blah blah , But I went ahead with it cos I know the area well and guess what, price has more than doubled and I still get calls from agents today wanting to buy my unit. (after staying 2 years). So believe in yourself, if you have a good feeling about it, go ahead and commit yourself, if in doubt, move ahead to the next project but please don't spread false rumours and negativities here.

Yup, I was also wondering.... I thought I was the only one belum receive 2nd payment notice, scared kena charge interest kaw-kaw by the bank. hehehe. At least now not scared. I did call them last time and they said they havent billed the bank for progress payment yet, dare not call them again, nanti they said "you so much money ah, always call to ask bila mau bayar" tongue.gif

Nvm, now since I know other E3 owners also same, I say pls take their time to bill the bank. NO HURRY ! thumbup.gif
