If not mistaken the HTC will be blocked by the Taman Perindustrian OUG as it is higher than Parklane OUG. But I am not sure the Block E2 and part of Block D1 that facing Taman Perindustrian OUG (KLCC view) will be affected or not especially those higher levels.

i have no idea about the proper safety distance away from HTC... however i thought its quite common... i have seen many residential that is even less than 100m from HTC... nothing to shout about.

No one can proof whether HTC is it related to cancer or other disease, but that doesn't means there is no effect either. Personally I have come across a few cancer patients where their living place is near to HTC. Of course I believe there are many factors could lead to cancer including our diet, stress & emotion, pollution, incorrect living habits (like smoking, late sleeping etc). So if we can avoid living close to HTC when we got the choice why not do so?

Hi, just read an article and attached is the table for the safety distance between residents area n the HTC. But the question now is what is the k/V of the HTC near the OUG Parklane? Anyone can answer this?

Parklane not near to HTC lah....but near to a beautiful landscape park lah..

Some blocks in oug parkland is about 150m away from the HTC. By the way, interesting to find out that the HTC tower behind the industry park is on the hill and stand high to the sky!! So, that's a bye bye for me to get into oug parkland.

the nearest unit is about 250m away...250m away is consider safe already...summore phase 1 units all sold out very early dy....

If more than 250m is safe then Phase 2 and 3 definitely not affected by this. I use Google Earth to roughly measure the shortest distance from Block E2 to the HTC it is about 240 to 245m. So if possible avoid to buy E2 that facing KLCC view.

Don't be sin ka lin la..i measure from google earth, the nearest unit at E2 (KLCC view) to the HTC, it gives me the result 269M. 150m is a blutant lie! be responsible to what u say.

May be you are right, but I am doubt about 269m away, which tower u plot anyway? Hehe... by the way, what I really don't like is the HTC tower standing high at the hill top... Good luck if you are buying E2.
