I registered my name very early but also didn't get a chance.....Heard the same thing, all sapu by staff

Eton international skool is coming to Jade Hills

really international Japan pun ada this one!

quite a famous skool KLCC also got one tongue.gif

so you can imagine what Jade Hills is going to be like in another few years time

First of all, they need to improve on the Jadehills homepage.

On the scale of 1 to 10, I give only 4 marks to the homepage.

Do not believe in the marketing power of internet via homepage?

They also need to improve the marketing strategy via other media.

Currently i would feel that the marketing strategy is rather passive.

No colorful brochures, artist impression and etc.

Waiting for people to visit the development and get impressed?

Agreed!! Not even a proper brochure about their whole project,
or something like little profile printing in brochures type talk about
their successful project.
From what I heard, one of the best marketing is sp setia.
They provided nice file once u place booking for u to do filing, big n nice bag
when u collect key....

Btw,u guys know any similar project like Jade Hills in the market?

There is one nearby us Tanah Rata International School.
I believe their fees is the cheapest among international
schools. Any idea?

Would think that Jadehills residents already spoiled with too many choices.

And now there is one to be operated right before the door step.

These operators really think that there are lots of rich people near the neighborhood.

And it's truly the way to attract expatriates.

In terms in this marketing direction, I have to say jade homes has been very persistent and consistent.

When u buy a property, u r not buying bcos of their marketibg strategy.
Setia's b4 n after sales are ok...but what let down is the actual product itself....especially during vp.

Gamuda lack of marketing effort is glaring but their end product is ichiban, and the handover procedures are the best i ever experienced. It beats setia n other top 3 developers hand down.

Similar products? Plenty but usually more expensive.

Not if you are looking from investment point of view.

You buy a good product and you know it's good. No doubt about that.

But it stops just there because the seller of the product is not doing enough to market the product.

And the product is not known to the bigger market and therefore the appreciation rate would be slow.

While another inferior product, the appreciation rate would be faster because the seller manages to market it well.

Guys, i am interested to buy a place here just because i love the place. Just wanna ask a few questions. Is there any possibility that the clubhouse would not be shared with outsiders? Meaning that there is no membership being offered to outsiders? Is it easy to rent to expat for semi d rm1.5 mil and bungalow rm2mil? How much can i get for rental (i dont mind a little BS ROI just as long as easy to rent out)
