i dont say it is not possible but afaik the clubhouse would maintain open membership to public but not cheap.

Looking at the price of 1.5m and 2mil is already on high end. Market is limited
whether easy or hard depends on your asking rental

i know developer still has a 2.5s QV unit if u interested ....

The developer unit's 2.5 QV at 1.3 million has long drive way and unobstructed view in front. The design for QV is better than twin villa and the built up is not smaller, it has terrace garden and extra roof terrace (not found in twin villa). Wondering why this unit is still available till now?

Eh ya ka? SA told me rm1.5mil before bumi discount. Or have u factored in bumi discount if u r a bumi?

Yes, from what I remember. It's not 1.3Mil.

And lawyers fees are not born by the developer?

QV's quality really exceeded my expectation. The materials and finishing are top class. Really good for own stay. Don't have to do much reno at all except focus on interior design. For sellers, it would be very easy to sell when buyers come and see the product themselves.

Not perfect though. I have observed quite a few of defects.

Visited on Monday, QV all sold, the last one is the 2.5s with long driveway at the end of the road facing the corner >1mil terrace.
