how much is the club membership?? is it RM 80 per month?

The club membership is RM10,000

You need to the a member before you could use the facility.

Subsequent to that, a month RM80 subscription would need to be paid per month.

There is currently special offer on waiver of monthly subscription fees for half a year if one activate his/her membership within the stipulated period.

I heard that walk in to join the facilities in the club house (means non jade hills residents), they can pay RM 1100/ family/ year.......... do they need to join membership before they use the club house facility?

Yes still waiting to sign keep delaying for so long, heard not get approval yet.

SA told that the international school would be renting jadehills shoplot first to operate while waiting for their premise(also within jadehills compound) to be ready.

It will be convenient then for anybody(local or foreigner) to stay in jadehills and send their children to the international school while not worry about the traffic jam/security & etc.

Can asked SA where are they going to built that international school?

Developer's contractor busy with the landscaping work at the commercial lot now. Maybe one more month to handover .

Our commercial lots look very clean, spaces and modem. Hope it won't bring too much pub/bristo.

June/ July can start school already?

The shop lot was told all sapu by developer staffs/ directors

SA pointed towards somewhere on the south side of the land(left side of the main) access road if you coming into the development.

I believe it makes no difference whether it is constructed by jadehome or operator itself. does it?

On the type of shop, I believe the jadehome needs to do bit of tenant selection/control. Do it proper, the word will spread by itself. We will do the free marketing for them.
