When u buy a property, u r not buying bcos of their marketibg strategy. Setia's b4 n after sales are ok...but what let down is the actual product itself....especially during vp.
Gamuda lack of marketing effort is glaring but their end product is ichiban, and the handover procedures are the best i ever experienced. It beats setia n other top 3 developers hand down.
Similar products? Plenty but usually more expensive.

more than 10acres leh JH commercial land.
JH is 70% resi and 30% commercial. They have developed Jadite and shopots....still got more than 80acres of commercial land there

you need to go to see the master plan and talk to SA. Basically all land outside the resi proper is commercial land.... opposite main guard house and before the rail way track.

if my memory serves me rite....they have over 100acres of commercial land.

landscaping wise, gamuda still cant beat SP Setia (not sure now that most talented ppl have migrated to EcoWorld)......
but house quality....gamuda trumped setia anytime....
but façade wise.....setia better lah..but this is individual
