I like the dark color, look more distinct and classy...well, this is just a matter of taste.

Went to clubhouse and used the facility few days ago.

Although i have been there several times but have never used the facility before. It feels different when you are using it.

The environment and the feel is good.

Have a few comments though.

1) The restaurant is not full fledged -- upgrade needed in terms of variety of food offered in order to attract more customers. Or it would complimented by outside shops completing soon.

2) There should more TV CLEAR channels for the Gym. Most of the channels are currently blur due to poor reception? or not properly tuned?

3) Play some music perhaps?

All in all, it is nice clubhouse and feel good clubhouse.

From the review seems very decent

i believe when see the actual unit .. i will like it more tongue.gif

no surprised the last unit taken..

GL did not built show unit for this one..so initially hard to imagine how nice will it be..

Thanks for the link.

For the highrise, they've only released 2 blocks, nearly all are sold, left those duplexes in one block. I personally like the duplex very much because it is modern and have double volume ceiling. Price is quite high at > 4xx psf.

The entrance to JH look more grand now after relocating the "JADE HILLS" sign to the roundabout.

What is the unique selling points of the high rise? High rise in Kajang? Catch no balls here

First of all im just a small potato sad.gif
What make me book a unit if the low density in each block, believe gamuda will built something nice right in main entrance to jadehills.
Design is ok for me too for an apartment with quality finish.

For the density no doubt.. beri beri low... in total i think only 366 units in total over 4 blocks (78+64+112+112)

something nice in front? you mean the commercial?

Even it is low density.. but i am still not convinced people buy Highrise at Kajang due to low density

It is said to be end of 2014.

According to the paper, it is awarded on Oct 2012, almost end of 2012.

So if it is targeted to be opening by end of 2014, it sounds a little bit rush.

Let say 2 years for the construction of the mall, after the mall completes around oct 2014, time would still need to be given to the retail shop operator to renovate their units, 2 months is a bit rush.

Nevertheless if it follows the footstep of NuSentral, it would not be able to open by end 2014.

I think from the site layout. Around 4.8 arce.


from propcafe : Overall, the key unique selling point of this project are LOW density , nice Green, Exclusivity and quite Affordable price (from $385psf onwards).

so jump to 450psf = 65 /385 = 16.8%

where u got the 450 psf from? can't find it in propcafe

Exclude the Duplex, Block B left very few, if not mistaken, about 3, plus minus 1. Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Pro of Duplex: Very nice design
Con: All the duplexes are facing North East towards Setia Impian (Lee Brother's project, which you can find in iproperty, labelled as Jade Hills). In this direction, you can see the HTC. doh.gif
