Jade Hills is about buying into the environment, not just house itself,, anyway, its a 26x80 super duper link, located bside highend residential like Country Heights and Gita Bayu,, if u hav the money, y not,,

else try Saujana villa semi D gng for around de same price, but quality inferior to jade hills

The Gita bayu freehold apartment last time bought at Rm260K ( now can rent out > 2.8k per month) . now got asking pruice Rm780K = tiga kali ganda.

Jade hill DSL unit slowly up bcs developer no more adding DSL.. all future lauch is Semi D and Bungalow

I have measure it from gita bayu. But never measure it from Jade hill.

I estimate the following distance from jadehill first roundabout after less than distance from gita bayu to jadehill

under construction MRT station from jade hill
1)4km - High tarffic - Bandar Kajang Station
2)6.5 km - Highway so smooth drive - Taman Koperasi Station
3)6.6 km - Using the Impian Ehsan route & Silk Highway - Balakong Station
4)7.4 km - Using Highway to Kajang Sentral Station

Not Confirm ( According to some news)
Balakong Jaya Station - using factory route- 3.5km
Bukit Belimbing/ Tamaing Jaya Station- using taman taman route 4.5km
University Insfrasturure 5.5km

For confirm
The nearest is bandar kajang ( via sg chua high traffic ) 4km
the best route Taman Koperasi Station ( no jam) but need to pay tol

allow me to offer my opinion. Assuming both are intemediate.

I think the 880k is garden ( which is nearer to the semi D about to VP ... near the ktm track)

The 1.2mil is near our QV.. which is hill ----> you read the mudah advertisement " Newly completed Double Storey Link house,Phase "The Hills"

Any other can add some othe point? / confirm my opinion?

if i were you. Die die must buy. I will buy the garden. Bcs developer launch this at early phase.

the hill was launch around 30% more expensive. So the mark up compare with garden unit huge different.

The Hills only 24 while Gardens 26

Garden Terrace is 26x80 (built up 2509)

Hills Terrace is 24x75 (built up 2530 with shorter car porch area compared to Garden but I think it has a drive way. There are other types of Hills Terrace which are bigger in land area and built up size and of course they are priced higher than the smaller type. If I'm not mistaken, they only built one row of DS Terrace at the Hills site, maybe about 21 units facing the Quad Villas SD

prefer garden terrace more, i like the design of the triangle arrange of the terrace which faces towards the garden....of which is better than that in the hill terrace that is facing to the semi D..........
