got ar...u go search the model name at dell website lor..price rm655..last week i saw is rm469 only...lolz

hahaha, really? ,i already check, yes its rm 469, why dont u angkat the ST2320L?*and suffer with me,most review complain about color washout, haiz.. going to recive the monitor in these week..* rm 500 from biology.
btw, ask sifu2 in here about 2 model.. from what i read, those thing, i mean the spec, almost the same, but some say the Eseries use lower power.. dunt know true or not.
maybe we paying extra rm 30 for hdmi connection and audio in.out.

1st- i dont have extra rm100,
2nd-my laptop screen is killing me rite now.
3rd-Only higher end Ultrasharp got hdmi connection, mean i cant plug in my console directly to it.

Haha, like i said, most of reviewer is a pro, maybe casual user like me will not notice the color washout problem.. i hope so...

damn nice and big....need time get used to it...cause previous is just using a laptop screen...

guys what do you think of these 2 monitors?

23" Acer S231HL (LED, HDMI)
23" LG E2360T (LED, VGA/DVI)

As what I've heard earlier, VGA is to transmit video and DVI for audio, while HDMI can transmit both in the same cable.

But let's say the monitor doesn't come with built in speaker, so does that mean HDMI doesn't actually bring any extra unique benefit?

Anyone can recommend me 22~24" LED monitor ? possible to get under RM600 ? Mainly will use for ps3 , so must have hdmi , and audio out .

ST2320L match my requirement but I did see some negative reviews about it . How you guys think ?

hey guys, am planning to build a new rig, planning to go for a 27" LCD, my main purpose for this new rig is for watching videos/movies/shows.. any good recommendation on good 27" out there?

i'm eyeing the Samsung 27" LCD (P2770H HDMI), wondering if this is any good..

same here just collected last nite,opened the box,then wallaaaaaa too big pula..

the problem now is my table quite high, and the lcd height stand it high...my chair not really high
now the lcd facing down..i need to set my eyes to 30degrees

going to buy a monitor (acer s201hl) for my nephew, is there anything else me must check before leaving the shop? screen crack or sumthing else?

VGA and DVI=no audio
HDMI=+audio
the ST2320L isn't really good based on reviews,it's contrast ratio and viewing angles are bad,you can always use a converter for your PS3 too

nope,none that i know of.the last one afaik is the Dell Ultrasharp 2209wa but it's already discontinued and being sold no more.

So how about viewsonic VX2439WM ? although it is LCD ,not LED , but I think i can live with it .

1-There are no true LED monitors being sold here eyt,those so called 'LED' monitors are just LCD monitors with white LED as backlight.Other than reduced thickness and instant max brightness,these monitors are the same as CCFL backlit LCDs

2-I recommend getting a Dell U2311H instead at RM599,use a DVI to HDMI converter + component to 3.5mm converter if you want to connect your PS3 to the monitor.
The U2311H completely trounces all 2 LCDs you mentioned in terms of colour reproduction and viewing angles.
If you can see that the U2311H's 8ms response time as slow in real life,you should also see that the PS3 games' 30fps as slow too

If you're still adamant on getting a LCD with a HDMI slot,you can get the LG E2340V,it's better than the ones you mentioned before.
