QUOTE(jeopardise @ Feb 26 2011, 01:09 AM) IPS stands for In Plane Switching so e-IPS means enhanced IPS in term of color transmission, lower power, faster response time and better backlights. IPS panel has wide viewing angle and accurate color reproduction because of crystal molecules move parallel to the panel plane instead of perpendicular to it. It is much better than cheap TN (twisted nematic) panels. thanks again for the info LCD monitors means monitors that uses liquid crystal display; A liquid crystal display (LCD) is a thin, flat electronic visual display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals (LCs). LCs do not emit light directly. so it will use lights to show color such as CCFL or LED. LED monitors means the monitor uses LED as backlight. It is more power saving, better contrast. Added on February 26, 2011, 10:15 pmguys, any way i can cash and carry dell u2311h without online purchase?? really want buy this monitor...^^ This post has been edited by ZzZzz...: Feb 26 2011, 10:15 PM |
