nope,none that i know of.the last one afaik is the Dell Ultrasharp 2209wa but it's already discontinued and being sold no more.

The U2410 is factory calibrated,so it'll have more accurate colours out of the box compared to the U2311H.It should also have even better viewing angles and colour reproduction that the U2311H.Based on reviews i've read the U2410 loses out a bit in terms of contrast ratio though.

How well is Dell u2311h A02 viewing angle ? Saw a lot posting having problem with light bleeding ? not as black on side view ?

About IPS Glow,it can't be helped since it's an IPS panel LCD after all.The tinting problem is not much of a problem anymore today,it was on earlier revisions though.Light bleeding depends on each unit,i've used three [two REVA01,one REVA00] and they do have light bleeding,but it's minimal.
If it's an LCD chances are you won't be able to totally avoid light bleeding unless it's an OLED display .

got my Dell 2209wa ytd for my home pc use, after plug it to my current rig to ensure everything working, i feel my Samsung's colour is like shit   my eyes have been cheated by the Samsung for so long ~

@wildwestgoh,there's a few guys selling the U2311H in the garage sales section with 5 years warranty for RM630 on,you can check that out.

AFAIK the newest revision is REV 01.About the 2209WA,sure it has better colours and viewing angles but the size is smaller,the resolution is lower,the contrast is lower,the power consumption is higher,the display is thicker.It's also an EOL model so it's quite hard to find [beginner does sell the 2209WA but it only comes with one year non Dell warranty]
On mine  I set Magicbright on,Dynamic Contrast off,Intelligent color.
For the colour temp,6500K.
The Dell U2410 [RM1699] and the HP ZR24W [RM1299].
For some,16:9 is too wide for their usage model.For others,16:9 is fine.

Few week before, i use my father acer's 5750g laptop for installing software and i really hate the led backlit lcd with too much backlight leak (but my acer 5920g are much worse because its far brighter, 20% brightness on 5920g = 60% in 5750g), plus the glossy screen reflection are really disturbing me, quickly plug to 17" crt for doing the installing  plus i can say that u2311h are ton better than the led backlit lcd on the notebook.
I can stand 10 hours watching plasma screen near big windows but i cannot stand few minute on glossy led backlit screen  . The best lcd monitor for professional are still use ccfl light, and i dont think they change to led backlit (unless it is full led backlit)

LED and ccfl are just backlit, the differences are really minimal, im sure that people are hard to know whether the backlight was used are led or ccfl just by looking to monitor unless there are a word of led on the side of monitor Whatever it is the most important thing are the lcd panel, that thing are the one determine which monitor and better than other for user preference. The only thing that led backlit was preferred by manufacturer was they can produce slim lcd tv/monitor, less weight, less material needed for the body of the lcd tv/monitor and more profit  I do heard some conversation in super market that people ask why the led tv one are expensive when it look the same as lcd tv one while the promoter tell the marketing crap
smaller screen doesnt mean its more sharper than bigger equivalent, we can see that desktop lcd are usually having more details than laptop screen (which is far smaller) when playing video (physic of display, the more faster frame are changed to another ,the lesser the moving picture resolution, dont expect 1080p video will look as good when compare to static image)

I would like to know what resolution of the movie you took to review the 17" vs 22"? if it's a DVD resolution, which would end up with 480p or 576p at best? At this resolution of course it'll stretch on a 22" (1080p) and will cause you to see a blurry movie.
But if you want to compare a BD (720p or 1080p) and compare them on 17" vs 22", it's totally different level, you won't probably see detail lose on 720p yet but at 1080p shrink to fit a 17" resolution (1280x1024?), the difference is very obvious, some really fine dots is missing or almost unnoticed.
I'm using 1080p monitor so sometimes watching DVD movie makes me want to puke, and constantly looking for the BD alternative, some are re-mastering those DVD title into BD which is darn nice no matter it's 720p or 1080p, definitely better than 480p on a full HD monitor.
