For PC it's normally DVI unless you are turning it to be HTPC and plugging into an LCD/Plasma TV then HDMI.

it just the same thing except hdmi carried both audio n video signal which dvi didnt, dvi only carry video signal.

Most LCD do not have good built-in audio or not all LCD have built-in audio, so HDMI is not something priority to have, as most people have separate speaker.

I know a lot of marketing gimmick said HDMI got good quality, the actual fact HDMI = DVI + audio

So picture quality wise HDMI = DVI

Dell U2311 seems like a good choice for RM650. It's non-glossy, have tilt and swivel mount (in case you prefer portrait / landscape), 5ms (few people can notice the ghosting image between 2ms and 5ms, unless you have a detail eyesight), and it's IPS panel (offer wider color spectrum, great for viewing pictures). The only downside is that it only have 80% color gamut compared to the U2411 but the price for it is way more than your budget.

what monitor did you use before the H233H?Did you notice any trailing/blurring with it?

before h233h im using lgw1952.also that monitor has fail on me.got one yellow line.sold.after that i bought h233h.acctually this morning my monitor got hit by my elbow.quite strong hit.then i turn on, the monitor show me thousand of yellow and white line lol.
