i think 17-50 tammy is quite good. altho not as gud as nikon. think its a bargain.
ive done lot of shoot with the lens . and it's a good lens for beginner like me.

Af-s or af-c has ntg to do wif this
Af area mode its d 1 dat matters, bt it doesnt make any difference if u know how
Use smaller aperture, eg f6.3 to f8
If wanna use bigger aperture, u have to make sure everybd in d group stand in straight line
Folo these steps u no nid worry focus where, jz focus d middle of d frame, or face of d middle person

They are glares and flares. Get good filters to overcome it.

Remove your filter and see if the glare is still there. If it is still there, it means that's the limit of your lens. If not, it means your filter is lousy and degrading your image.

Try to shoot again without filter. Looks like problem with filter reflection.
What lens you're using?

2- Regarding shashinki.com's product with (import) behind the model name
"Means it is not local unit by Futuromic. Parallel import in, if got problem you need to send back to your seller."
Then why "import" model cheaper?

Does D3100 video mode support manual focus?

Thanks icon_idea.gif
*
yeah normally Futuromic give 2 years warranty, while AP 1year direct to reseller smile.gif

Agreed. Those people having flare issue with filters are usually those single layer filter. Those are really bad, I would rather go without filter instead!

ProTama, Keep, Sotong brand from China = Bad = Flare, Ghosts and maybe even not optically flat glass giving weird distortion and soft blobs.

B+W, Heliopan, Hoya Pro1D/HD = Good = No above problems.
