Agreed. Those people having flare issue with filters are usually those single layer filter. Those are really bad, I would rather go without filter instead!
*
agree... but i guess rather than spending too much on UV filters that does almost nothing besides protection, i guess I might go without filter instead and use the money for something else...

Is the motion blur in #4 intentional?
*
intentional or not, i just candid her... it's hard to capture her pic... sweat.gif

somehow the blur came out nice to my eyes (don't know you guys) emphasizing the movement i guess...

D3100 kit comes with USB cable?

And is DIGIeye TR-37 good tripod?
*
i dont know how good s TR-37 but i used TR6000 is good enough for me at the moment... if I were you, i'll topup a little bit and get something better within the TR series rather than settling with TR37... the price difference is not that big...

That's the free tripod that comes with the D3100 kit offered by a shop
*
if they offer the same price with other shop then just grab it. but if that tripod is actually making you pay more, ditch it... just top up a little bit more and get something more decent... Price difference within DIGIeye TR series doesn't differ that much...

but if you only have to pay like RM10 extra for that tripod, i guess it's a good bargain anyway... laugh.gif

Well.. Im not sure what you're talking about lol.. But that shop offer is

D3100+kit lens+free bag+4GB+tripod TR-37+screen protector RM1950

And how much does USB cable normally cost?
*
and other shop offers without the tripod how much??

last time i checked, around ~RM1900 can get you D3100 kit lens + bag + 4GB

TR-37 last time i checked, around RM50... probably now less than that???

so, if i were you i'll ditch the tripod, get a card reader, topup another RM80 get TR6000... the advantage is it has more features and i think it's a little more stable compare to TR-37... or just get a better than TR6000... like i said, DIGIeye TR series tripod price doesn't differ that much... between top range to bottom range of the series only differ around RM150...

but if you short on cash and will need some time to topup that RM80, that RM1950 with what the shop offer is good enough actually... at least u'll be able to do night shot better... i always envy those people who can do numerous things with their tripod when I had none... icon_rolleyes.gif
