Btw yesterday at COTY Martrade, the Proton SA wasn't sure abt the tweeters so he just "hantam" & said "Ada tweeters la.." - I supposed they missed out that part during the product training.

got tweeter or no tweeter, the quality of sound produce by clarion is way way below par. If i were you, i will change the cd player to lcd touch screen player, put in amp. change all the speaker. But must DIY your speaker with splash guard.

of course engine parts are from japan.. but don't know what kind of lube proton put in as the default. could be mach5 lol! the aluminium mivec needs fully syn for best performance..

when i test drove yesterday, the car had less than 1000km mileage.. when floored, the engine sounds tinny and not smooth.. maybe after 10k with fully syn oil it will feel better.. nvh is ok when cruising normally, but engine noise is loud after 4k rpm (mivec kicks in yo!).. kinda like the feeling when mivec is open.. maybe the engine is designed that way for garang sounding.. chassis is good and stiff.. there is a similarity with swift sports, except the swift sport pulls faster and sounds nicer

...the Y gen may love the garang sound when mivec kicks in...similar to vtec. The car starts to roar and excelerates..u got that rushin feelin of wanna cum... Anyway to some not so young people, the roar may be odd to them..

mivec kick-in not thrill like v-tec kick in, but the sound still there. anyway, 2.0 kick-in very nice to drag at traffic light with campro CPS engine i can say neo CPS manual vs CVT 2.0 lancer GT is a match

bro..neo CPS manual will pawn LGT from start line till around 80kmh..only then will the lancer catch up...acceleration is not the CVT specialty..
the 1.8M inspira would be a match for he neoCPS tho
