QUOTE(CyberKewl @ May 19 2011, 11:25 PM) Hahaha..yup thats true. I thnk depends on what kind of cars you previously drove and/or test drove. To me I dont feel the 1.6 forte is underpower. But thats just me. Forgot to add..... Some people want to overtake a Merc CLK or a BMW X5 when speeding of 240km/h with their poor sedan that only can do max of 200km/h..... In such way, sure will be underpower....Added on May 19, 2011, 11:25 pmeone -> yep, are you an android dev too? But overtake cars that doing 100-110km/h, even my 1.5 Wira also more than enough.... Anyway, I don't use android..... |

Since when 'UNDERPOWER'==MAX TOP SPEED?? Trollz will be trollz. Too bad some trollz can't even smell the butt of a BMW X5 and see dust only because they can only go 110km/h in their 10 years old Wira.... Added on May 20, 2011, 11:40 am QUOTE(eone @ May 19 2011, 08:42 PM) found out that only 2.0 inspira got auto-cruise, 3 years warranty, 84.5 k, 3% interest, but only for cvt 1.8, not 2.0, is it ok? I just come back from proton edar, submitted all required documents, but still got time to choose which one until I sign the agreement.. Honestly, if you going for CVT, go for 2.0...worth the 7k difference or so. Btw, you should get at least 1.5k discount from your SA...my white Inspira is RM90K only after discount.Added on May 20, 2011, 11:44 am QUOTE(kyheng @ May 19 2011, 10:57 PM) ^Well, if want to say under power, all the sedan cars will be under power, if I want my cars 0-100km/h at 3 seconds..... QUOTE(Matrix @ May 20 2011, 11:32 AM) LOL. People who has no ideas about cars or what 'UNDERPOWER' means still wanna troll... Power is relative. Power is also based on your own expectations. However, underpowered does equal to bad fc esp in stop-go traffic. A typical example using Proton would be the 1.8 Wira LE and Putras all have better fuel consumption than the 1.5 Wiras. The 1.5 is seriously underpowered and thus underpowered does equal to bad fc if you can compare similar models from the same manufacturer.Since when 'UNDERPOWER'==MAX TOP SPEED?? Trollz will be trollz. Too bad some trollz can't even smell the butt of a BMW X5 and see dust only because they can only go 110km/h in their 10 years old Wira.... if want power drive an engine with Turbo, Supercharger injection loh TSI mah.
Then sure got power all the way. TSI + DSG= over power. most companies are going into Force Induction rather than Natural Aspirated engine. Small CC big power output. Thats what is efficiency is all about. Imagine a 1.2 engine with a 3.0 power output with a fuel consumption of a kancil. thats efficiency and perfect power. I look for these: Performance, Handling, Spare parts availability & cost, Resale value So Inspira 2.0 or Forte 2.0 6spd? |

No need to take my words seriously... Just think of this : machine clever or human clever?
Check out the official spec and you can see the performance of the manual.... Added on August 12, 2011, 10:48 amBTW, the 2.0P have better interior compare to both 1.8s...... This post has been edited by kyheng: Aug 12 2011, 10:48 AM |

Not refering to you... Refering to that jerk......
Anyway, can always test the models you want, for me, Forte 2.0 are quite good and comfortable for a family sedan, while 1.8M got better response when you want to overtake on coastal roads..... |
