Guys, lets not fight here. personally i feel that it is a matter of taste and choice. TS should just go test drive inspira, city, vios, forte, or any other cars that pops into TS mind instead of relying purely on information you see here. For myself, I have just placed a booking for forte because it is value for money and it is singapore's recent top 5 car and recently, the people's choice car (http://www.cbt.com.my/download/AMR-dec2010.pdf).

Please stop the fighting of whose car is better than the other. Each car has its own strengths and weaknesses. It is up to you to decide whether the strengths outweigh its weaknesses or not and what is your level if acceptance towards its weaknesses, be it an engine weakness, fuel consumption weakness, service centre weakness, etc.

Ok. Maybe some might feel that "hey that's singapore, what about malaysia?". Well, if you feel forte is overpriced, then you should compare spec for spec. You will find that forte which is a C-segment car to be more competitively priced than ANY b-segment car in malaysia (or any other parts in the world for that matter). You say cheap quality? Maybe you could check out youtube and search for kia forte reviews or kia cerato reviews and watch what others are saying about this new car from kia.

I'd like to reiterate again, that is my own personal view and taste on forte, just go and test drive the cars yourself and make your own decision.

interest ranges from 2.65% till 2.8% depending on bank, years and how much loan you borrow. usually borrow more can get lower rate but that translates to paying more money to the bank too.

Lol, all salesmen will sure say the car(s) they are selling is the best one la..takkan proton salesman will say myvi is better than saga and vice versa? Same goes with owners here la, forte supporters sure will say forte good and inspira owners also will say that inspira is good. most important is just go and test drive, pick the car u love. For me it is forte due to the features and bang for buck

I just called Naza HQ just now to enquire about the new 5 years warranty for new forte facelift, surprisingly they're quite professional. Surprised but happy at the same time

nola, not to say i'm expecting they're not prepared, i mean the way they talked to me is very professional and they know their stuff when i asked them about the warranty for the new facelift. who knows maybe some other car manufacturers dont even know their stuff ?haha

i dont think you can just send your lancer to proton service centre to service because its not under proton even though its technically the same car. actually if you own a lancer would you service it at proton service centre in the first place? Not likely.

err i'm driving forte 1.6 sx 6 speed dun feel underpowered at all...if u want fast off the grid like f1 use the paddle shifters....really make a difference there.

Hahaha..yup thats true. I thnk depends on what kind of cars you previously drove and/or test drove. To me I dont feel the 1.6 forte is underpower. But thats just me.

cant believe till today this topic still going on..walau..if u like forte just get it la, if u like inspira just get it..test drive both, see what you like, suit your needs, go ahead.

I chose forte because i love the styling and the gadgets that come with it. I would chose inspira if i'm into a more performance oriented car which I'm not too into that, so i chose forte. I dont regret choosing forte at all because I never even considered inspira

In any case, everyone has their reasons for buying forte or inspira, just test drive both, decide and be done with it. No need for wars like this...
