So many ads for rent. From 2+k doesn't look good. It seems to having a price war. 😵

There is a demand over supply, agents taking tenants call non stop and didn't even have enough time for lunch, more like price war among tenants.

2k is very high imo. A colleague of mine searching for a new place to rent here within this week. below 2k already offered. I am sure she can close the deal at around 1.5.

I think it depends on the size of the place. M city block 1 smallest unit is 781sqft, you can get it at 1.5k? Elements can't get too?

may be slowly...it will crawl towards below 1.5k. at a bad market n availability of new supplies. if I am tenant ed at elements, I will try my luck to look for nearby newer units even if same rental. this will eventually put more stress to elements

I am purchaser of mcity at level 7 facing jalan ampang. I am really regret buying this unit infact with very poor quality from Mahsing.

The unit is full of mosquitos and ants everywhere. The balcony is not yet complete and it does not have roof. I feel very disappointed with quality of workman ship. They rushing to VP and delivering without completion.
I could see the unit not ready for VP.

Now I heard they going to fix canopy as a roof. Do you guys aware if any drawback having canopy as roof ? I feel it is going to be look like very cheap.

I guess those who bought level 7 facing jalan ampang are most impacted. I would like to know if any owner at the same level facing the same problem as mine. Please do PM .

Mine facing lake and road noise is low as insulation is good. From what I know, those level 7 at garden level and there are not suppose to have roof.

As for VP condition, if MS is taking the job then at least u will get this rectify.

Ahhhh.. that lake view is magnificent. The commies here will do well la. You will be good if it's for ownstay cuz investment wise you gonna get some rental pressure.

It is not smart design as far I can tell. As I am experiencing it my self. Without roof your balcony simply be come a rubbish location. Anyone from above your floor throw something out of their window its going fall right on your balcony. So it is indeed a stupid design. I did not expect this from Mahsing, it is completely sucks.

When u make the purchase, didnt u notice there is no roof?? In this case, i believe the developer if they agree to provide a canopy, it is a kind gesture. Till now i did not come across any condo developer who will provide balcony roof at their garden unit!!

I knew it and however the unit price at ground floor is more pricey thus it is out of my range.
