I advise people to stay away from this project. I booked a unit but loan rejected. As of now, more than 6 months after, still have not received refund. They keep giving me stories of "the person carrying your cheque sick", " cheque misplaced", "agent run away".

Whatever. I patiently waited but after calling their HQ for the last time today I think I had enough. Going to spread the news everywhere and get a lawyer on them.

Conman company.. Talk nice then later treat people like *insert choice swear word here*

mine was 5,yea that's right, current price is actually lower than it was. and i deal (or dealt) direct with MS agents and office, not 3rd party agents.

exactly, thank god. i was so fortunate.

i was told the loan prob was more om the project according to a certain bank that WAS on the panel. coz I'm just got approval for an even higher loan.

Just submitted my case to KPKT on my unrefunded deposit from last year. Will update again once I finish the discussions with the officer. If MS people lurk in this thread, hope you guys are happy and have a good time dealing with the ministry guys.
