Mcity first block obtain its CCC?

I assume the CCC is without the completion of the facilities such as the hanging gardens.... The first phase buyers can check in their SPA whether these facilities are part of the contractual delivery or not.

I guess ur mentioned on first phase must be the soho units. The difference between M City and others are M City soho units is with HDA governed. This the concerns of what happen in other projects will not get repeat here. As purchaser got the protection of the law.

Yes the singplex and duplex soho
If the facilities such as hanging gardens form part of the SPA and it is not ready during VP, buyers could claim lad on this common area if developer is delayed.

Has anyone got official notice to collect keys from Mah Sing yet? I have not heard anything yet.

As a buyer for Block 1, I read the SPA this morning and there is a separate section for LAD on common facilities. So my understanding is that there will be 2 separate completions, one for your condo unit and one for common facilities. Hence there is separate LADs for these 2 completions. Make sure you claim for both LADs!!

Wow, just pass by yesterday. Would love to see how buyer can park their car,walk in, use the lift and unlock their door knob. Unless contractor rush in 24 hours, no holiday for CNY and finish up the job.

I am the first block buyer and until today no letter received. When ask, mid 2016. Thus I dunno why some say vp already . Strange
