went to their showroom last week.
the ideas are quite impressive, i dunno about the implementation though.
the designs of the units are quite similar to iconcity in pj, but this is freehold not leasehold.

planning on the duplex

choosing the 3+1 duplex, however might be difficult to pass loan on my own, might need to use my current house as collateral. 3+1 simplex i think can pass but single floor in today's condo feels very cramped.

the density is one thing i have considered, however i think will be contra flow since people will be coming into kl to work, getting out shouldn't be such a jam. additionally i work overseas, my gf is an auditor so her schedule is flexible and my mom is retired.

the facilities and gardens would be a good place for my mom to fill her time.

overall quite impressive.
it is far enough yet close enough to get a good KLCC view, unlike the many "KLCC view" bullshit agents say laugh.gif

my only qualm is that they didn't have any duplex/penthouse units.

Personally for me double story houses are a good commodity for investment because no matter what to keep within the (new normal) price of RM 1 million (RM1M) the locations are getting further and further away from good locations yet people still buy it. However, generally people are not so interested in renting landed except for areas near colleges for students or kintergarden -- so it is mostly a one off deal of buying it cheap then hold to sell it at a higher price, i was lucky during the early years I managed to rent one corner unit as a kintergarden for a few years while the place matured before selling but i found out that renting landed is quite difficult to evict bad tenants as i can't just block their access card when i make a complaint to the management.

if you're like me and prefer
1. location
2. convenient (shopping mall below/nearby)
3. safety/security
4. basement parking (won't get wet even under heavy rain)

and not into
1. gardening
2. lazy to upkeep house (landed u gotta do your own pest control and maintenance)
3. living in semi ulu place

then living in a condo in a good location in kl/pj won't be an issue
