So funny that even the fencing not yet ready, they want to pass us the key.

I think they want to avoid paying more LAD

with no fencing, no tnb and syabas meter... what the use to have the key????

I really regret buying this house under this stupid developer. With this price on other vendors will give me better quality.

The fence for the taman is really sarcastic. Our house value looked very cheap with those steal fence around the house. Those fence you can see for those cheap houses in seremban.

I will log case to tribunal. We'll see what they will do to this verndor!

CF will only be issue after Syabas and TNB settle

are u sure u want to own a unit here? i mean look at the surrounbding environment and also the workmanship of the house, so bad...need to spend hell lot of money on the reno and touch up....

and i noticed phase 5 market price has gone up to 600k? is it worth it?

workmanship for the phase 6 better than phase 5..

phase 6 must be better, cos it almost double the price of phase 5...but not to think negatively, show unit will give u the best quality...isnt it?

We have form a temporary committee for Phase 5 with more than 45 owners right now.

We have log in a case regards 1st floor ceramic tiles problem, main door decorative and LAD Claim to tribunal.

Yesterday there is first round negotiation with the developer at Tribunal office.

We had acknowledge that Developer did not apply TPI as guarded and gated community so we shall not built a guard house.

Also the exisiting piping did not meet sysbas requirement so they have to hack and replace some parts of water pipe before get approval from Majilis to get a CF.

Now CF already change to CCC.

Thank you The BF has keep update from Eddy and the rest of our neighbours in whatapps! The developer will be compounded for the fencing/ gate, how about us? Really feel insure when our housing area is not guarded and gated.
Hopefully we all can make a change and also pray that we can move in somewhere in September/ October because our rental contract ends Oct. really cannot afford the rental here in Puchong Jaya
