Phase 6 Difficult to loan ,reject percentage high , Vendor turn over problem
No money to work phase 5 fencing.

Called Acmar yesterday, and they said have submitted everythg and waiting for Majlis to give CF.
Offered to help them check with Majlis the CF status, they said cannot, usually developer is the one deal with Majlis.
Feel sumthg wrong, & gave a call to Majlis. The Majlis there said developer have not submit photo for Syabas & Electric meter. rclxub.gif
Sigh, dunno where actually goes wrong... hopefully can get the house by this month.

last saturday i went to the site... still don't have any meter on phase 5 houses..
i believe is because most of us haven't yet to pay the deposit for it as we didn't receive any letter for this...

vendor is a big cheater, cant heard from them, vendor thing ppl stupid not yet fix meter and syabas
everythg cant submitted to majlis .

We want answer from vendor How to pay back to phase 5 purchaser RE:SPA 1st floor polishing porcelain tiles

The bank called me yesterday and advice to start paying full amount of the house installment.

Dear Friends here, as conclusion , it is really not advisable to buy a unit here? Actually I thinking to get a unit for phase 6. But after I read through all the members comments here, it is really reluctant to rely on this usahasama Utama developer!!

Please help advise

Hi, there is too many factors involved when you choosing a house. You need to know all the pros and cons if you decided to buy then evaluated yourself is it worth it or not.

That is why this topic had been created.

there is another project behind the bukit puchong tesco.. ds going for 500k onwards while 2 1/2s for 700k onwards...
