damn.. looks like it is a bad move for me to buy this house as my 1st property....

Well, edwinlcw....... yes may be it is a bad move for you to buy your first house. But look on the bright side, you might be the lucky one to get the house with the minimal defects. not all the houses is like this, is just our luck. but be prepare to c a lot lot lot of crack, hair crack etc.

Since I was told by Jab Perumahan Negara that Phase 3 already have CF, can anyone confirm if they have TM line? I'll be really upset if I can't have Unifi when I move in to Phase 4 later.

@LTSAudrey, since you've been staying there, can you share any info?

Pesa, let me tell you 3 years ago when we first move in TM told me INI TEMPAT BARU, SO TAK ADA PHONE LINE LAGI, now you go and ask them they will say INI TEMPAT BARU, SO TAK ADA PHONE LINE LAGI, future you go they will also say INI TEMPAT BARU, SO TAK ADA PHONE LINE LAGI.

We wont be able to get a phone line, due to this stupid developer did not submit some necessary document to apply for the TM line. We have been using P1 since we move in till now. Service is bad, but no choice. Pesa why dont we have it near the playground. 2. Audrey

hi guys, sorry, been away for a while... well, if u guys are talking bout defects, i think my unit was the paling teruk kena defect... the main water pipe that supplies water to the unit broke somewhere in between. so, if i turn on the main tap, water starts seeping thru the tiles... now, the entire tiles in the ground floor rosak... and, this stupid developer don't want to change it coz the cost is too high... erghhhhhhhhh! i screwed up a project manager by the name of kevin... not sure if u guys know him... still requesting them to change... one good experience for me - pls do not do ANY renovation works to ur unit for at least 2 months after u get the keys... coz, u won't be able to claim anything from the developers...

btw, teh tarik sounds like a good plan... i'm in too... pls tell me the date and time...

that's bad.. really think shouldn't get a property from this developer.. i can see that the abandon development in bandar baru klang.. is like 70% completed.. but yet they choose to abandon it...
a bit regret on the purchase... i think i'm the last person to get a unit in phase5 as i managed to get the unit after someone failed to secure a loan and was got it via the company's GM(one of my wife's client)...

about the gathering... not able to make it on this coming sunday... will heading back to my hometown this weekend..

I'm the phase5 owner, don't think is appropriate for me to join since it is still under develop.

Went to view the phase5 site last weekend... finally can see some progress on it... what a relief but still can't put too much hope on it until they handover the key to me...

Hello guys !
Firstly before we can address any problem,we need to form a strong community,like it or not..that's the only way to scare the developer. It's true we have a community (joined by phase 1 & 2 ) and it's registered under kementerian perumahan/rukuntetangga. Unfortunately ,there wasn't any progress since our last committee meeting on May 2011. So last Saturday night, we had another round of follow up meeting and below are the outputs :

1. Our community license going to be revoked unless we submit Yearly General Meeting to gov.
2. Same old problem - TMLine,Guard,Stray dogs,potholes,house defect,water prob...
3. Same bullshit reason given by developer when we address our prob - contractor died,workers sudah lari,new contract..bla bla

We have come out with new solutions :

1- We will meet up with all the residents to get to know each other and to open up member registration to residents including for those who want to join as committee members . Please join us on 22/4 at 8.30am Venue : Playground Jln 9

2- We will be collecting petition and sign from all the residents during the meeting and submit it to TM , SKMM/MCMC(Malaysian Communication & Multimedia Corp),Biro Pengaduan Awam JPM & Developer to install the phone line ASAP .

3- Other issues will be addressed by our Acting Chairman ...

I am one of the phase 3A house owner, the house really got so much of problems? WTF of this developer?? Not only delay the progress, now even create so much of problems!!

Some contractor didn't run away, because the developer contra a unit to them, just like my neighbour. He told me is contra, because Developer is unable to pay him

Phase 3A:- 屋子手工起到很粗地砖起到不平衡墙壁跟厕所窗口起到不平没有90度外面的车旁不平衡，跟那个样本屋子手工的做法完全不同。
Phase 5:- 承包商跑了因为发展商没付钱，又换了新的承包商。 <--- Anyone care to translate/ share what this is all about? TQ
