went to the site last week... and is totally no progress since cny.. i'm the phase 5 buyer.. this is my 1st property... and i'm damn regret now.....

Buying property from reputable developer is essential as some of us are buying a house once in a life time. To avoid encounter of this problem, buy completed house or 2nd hand house.

I'm surprised construction work is so slow. It's actually a good location. Sales should be good.

Building work in phase 5 has no activity at all.

Me too! But with this price hardly can find at nearby location anymore.

This is the reason easily get trapped as ppl always look for cheap price instead of the developer reputation.

Anyway,I think is just a temporary delay. Dont worry too much.

Have u found out with developer and ask them why the site work is stopped?As this is not delayed but totally stop work.

i can see everyday they bz focusing building up 3 storey house show unit ( behind playground ) . It's true, no progress or VERY slow for phase 5. wondering if you guys received progress billing from developer ? I would think they ran out of money, and launching new unit is the only way to pump the money as ppl will pay for deposit .

Fyi, this is very lousy developer .

That's why they must finish the show unit to launch more new products.

Hope what he advise is true but a house finish build whitin 9 months seem very fast will it safe to stay???

Just a double storey house not high rise building, can one depends on how many workers and machinery they use.
