Hmm, another story of Acmar Group ... The famous developer and family in Klang but with super bad reputation ... If you go to Klang and ask the old folks, 8 of 10 would shoot heavily and the remaining 2 are the one who dunno anything about property ... Bandar Baru Klang is indeed a great location in Klang, the area which nearest to Klang toll and Federal Highway as well as Jusco is there, but due to abandon projects of medium cost apartments, Carrefour, Hospital and late delivery and bad responses of services, made most of the current folks very unhappy .... I have bought a unit from phase 3A... last time developer said expected to complete by end of 2011. But now February already. Visited the site few days ago. They are plastering those walls. So far they are far too way behind schedule but we can still see progress. So expected another few months to complete. Hope it won't stretch till end of this year.. Huhuhu..

Last week, I had a chat with the sales agent near the phase 3A construction site and he admitted there definitely will be delay on the delivery likely to be in 3rd quarter of 2012, the plastering is for the outside walls only, inside even the wiring is not completed. He gave some s**t reasons for the delay, TM line is another unsolved mystery. Need to start preparing for the late delivery claims.
Weird stuff is they're still selling the phase 6 & 7 after all this issues with previous phases. Also noticed one of their sunsidary companies listed in the Senarai Hitam Pemaju Terlibat Dengan Projek Sakit (till 31 Sec 2011) Item 179 PNSB ACMAR SDN BHD http://www.kpkt.gov.my/kpkt/fileupload/pem...NGGA_311211.pdf |

Hi guys, I'm a house buyer for the Phase 4 of Putra Impiana. Actually I happened to bump into this thread and after reading it, it really worries me that earlier phase was late and there're issues with CF.
Since I happened to be an officer in KPKT, this morning I went to see the officer in charge for Sepang area in Jabatan Perumahan Negara (JPN) for clarification on this project/ developer. He's currently checking on the reason for non-compliace to the CF requirement on earlier phase. I'll try to post any updates on the matter ASAP. Please share any other issues that I may get clarification from JPN and hopefully we can try to settle it together for everyone's sake. |
