Usually when connection too slow the video judder when it auto switch between resolutions but never happen white screen with broken video before.
I am using 4Mbps, usually connection speed at 3200kbps+ when getting full bandwidth using 2.4GHz WiFi with full or 1 bar less signal.
Sometimes I still can watch in FHD with 2000kbps+/- connection speed.
Btw, how to check the actual signal strength readings in TV, not the indicator bar and also speedtest using the TV to see the actual speed the TV is getting.

Time to upgrade your line to fiber.

Hi all need some advice on backlight bleeding. I have a samsung 55MU6100 bought over a month ago and noticed recently some bleeding bottom right corner. The other parts are ok but somehow in the photo looks quite bad. Normally in movies not affected too much but just wondering is this considered serious? Will it become worse in the future? BTW the photo below was taken with backlight at max of 20. Thanks!

Quite normal for edge-lit TVs. Shouldn’t become worse in future and even if it did, there’s a minimum limit it has to reach before Samsung will agree to fix it. Reduce the backlight levels.

While you can play around with the video settings, can't simply access the engine itself.

Already close to end of the year. But still no news of the promised HDR10+ firmware upgrade by Samsung. Not even news of HRD10+ in general.

Backlight 20 (max) is normal for HDR video (Stranger Things 1/2 is HDR video

Anyways your picture show the normal behavior of edge light LCD panel.

Technically it is not bleeding. You notice the white parts are due to the Picture shown (white UI in the middle, will turn on the particular "line" of edge for backlighting)

Try on full black screen, you should see minimal clouding.

Or when you watch some movie that has like a big SONY white word in the middle and nothing else, you should observer that in the middle the backlight is on while the rest are off.

Thanks for the clear explanation! I used YouTube black screen video and it’s all black, seems like the lights are off automatically.

This is clearly an issue for most if not all Edge-lit LED TV, just a matter of less or more light bleed. In order for manufacturer to achieve very thin panel for LED TV, the only solution is edge-lit, one good eg. is the LG UH950. But KU6000 or MU6100 are not thin, the only reason could be cost. If don't want to get such issue, go for direct-lit full array LED TV. The local dimming function will work well only with direct-lit full array LED TV as the LEDs can be turned On and Off individually. One of the very good direct-lit full array LED TV is Sony Z9D, no light bleed can be seen.

Hi guys, need recommendation for a adjustable wall mount like in the video which can pan left/right/up/down and most importantly tilt up/down .
Does a wall mount universal for all TV?
I'm looking wall mount for Samsung KU6000 btw.
