Guys, an update

Today Samsung tech guy come and check the TV. Confirm TV suffer from backlight bleeding. So he change to new panel. After change done. Replacement panel backlight bleeding more worst than the original panel. Dem... So he suggest me either get a full money refund or get new set of TV which I have to wait another 7 working days. I ask for new set of TV. If new set of TV still problem then I will request full refund. Dem I should get Sony x700e instead.

I'm beginning to think the back light bleed is due to Panel Glue problem (got gap i.e. light entering elsewhere)

Hope a brand new set will not have this problem.

Lemon unit always exist (in any brands/models)

Just unlucky to get the lemon unit.

At least the after sales service seems good then smile.gif

Any KU6000 users experience video went haywire while sound is still playing smoothly in TV's YouTube app? I supposed this is slow Internet connection issue? Or is this problem with the TV?
The solution is switch to another video or switch off and on the TV.

Yeah connection too slow. Audio can stream easier than video due to bandwidth.

Upgrade your line XD

I can see your connection speed at that time was only 272kb/s, obviously your connection is way too slow to stream the FHD video. What is the actual bandwidth of your internet connection? Are you connecting using Ethernet or Wifi?

I am using 4Mbps, usually connection speed at 3200kbps+ when getting full bandwidth using 2.4GHz WiFi with full or 1 bar less signal.
Sometimes I still can watch in FHD with 2000kbps+/- connection speed.
Btw, how to check the actual signal strength readings in TV, not the indicator bar and also speedtest using the TV to see the actual speed the TV is getting.
