the salesperson in the retail shop told me,
he also cant login to his account yet..

So for those already got the YTL 4G modem and started using the service,
how are you going to topup your account online?
or is it you can use as much as you like now and at the end of the month you will receive a bill from YTL and only than you pay the bill ?

The YES.my website is working fine.

Clarification regarding the RM30 MUR by the YES facebook admin:

"Hi everyone, to answer your questions on credit, credit will not expire. However, for the account to remain active, RM30 has to be loaded into the account each month. Any unused amount will be available for you to use the following month, s...o nothing is wasted smile.gif As for our rate plan, Yes is mobile internet and from what we have surveyed, most mobile internet users do not use finish their monthly quotas. That means, most everyone is paying for something they eventually never use, that's why we believe the utility model with rebates on top of that will consistently save our customers money."

i LOL hard

i just love social media and advertising ... please learn the "intention to treat" and "offer"
all talk and bull is ITT ... when they give you the agreement to sign is offer tongue.gif

QUOTE(Terms_of_Use)
2. Minimum Usage Requirement (“MUR”)
(a) You are obliged to maintain the monthly MUR,
which will be ascertained at the end of the applicable Billing Cycle
from Your total usage of the Services.
(b) The MUR is specified at www.yes.my/en/say-yes/plan
( c) If your actual usage is less than the monthly MUR,
then we may first deduct from any rebate such difference and
if such rebate is insufficient then to deduct from Your credit balance.
(d) Only when Your account is either suspended or terminated,
will Your liability for the monthly MUR cease.
ada baca ah laugh.gif

anybody signed up please let me know if they change the wording on the agreement for the "MUR"

and no bullsh*t ... it means if they didn't change it they can enforce it ... so Yes = YTL Enslaving Suck*rs

I'm no fans of YTL or related any how but from the T&C , it matches what was posted in FB, sound just like
other telco prepaid mobile where the RM30 validity is only 30days , you need to reload when your validity
is up even you have remain credit , if you don't reload account get suspended and after 90 days the remain credit will be forfeited . However not sure this is true as base on the reading of the terms and condition , this
sounds like to case.

I emailed to YES on some queries, they replied to me after 3 days rclxm9.gif

Anyway I asked them to give more details on the MUR, this is their reply

***************************

Thank you for contacting YesCare.

With reference to your enquiry, The minimum useage is Rm30 a month, if you top up Rm20 and do not use it at all, at the end of the month there will not be any balance left. However you are required to make the payment of Rm30 monthly as that is the Minimum Useage Requirements. Failing to do so you it would fall into the negative credit account.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further inquiries.

Thank you for choosing Yes!

Always at your service,

So yeah, credits DO expire if you do not use RM30 worth of credits

Negative Prepaid account balance?????

It is really a new type of earning money. This also totally contradicts with their "pay as you use" policy. doh.gif

I think the current prepaid system is better, at least your credit is still there, although you need to reload RM30 every month. If you reload RM30 per month and use only RM20, at the end of the year you still have RM10 x 12 = RM120.

But for Yes, no matter you use or not, every month they will deduct RM30 (just like postpaid). So if you reload RM30 per month and use only RM20, at the end of the year you will have RM0. This is bad for those who wants it for backup or only use when he's on the move. Forced to use 1GB per month, although 1GB is nothing for the speed. (constant 5Mbps for 30 minutes already can reach 1GB)
