9 sen = 3mb

3GB would be RM90.

30GB would be RM900.

i don't even know how much i use on home broadband these days, my guess it could be almost 10gig cause of downloads? imagine PS3 download DLC / mini game?

we will see tomolo after the launch.............

oh so many negative feedback already...

sure some guy from YTL is monitoring feedbacks from lowyat.net.... they better revise or come with a unlimited but throttled speed plan...otherwise all other 3g and P1 would keep smiling away...

I would prefer if YTL remove the auto renew subscription every month.

I'm also using 4M at rm140 per month.Plan to take YES for office usage because too many blocked website.But have to wait for teh confirmation about the auto subscription .The device itself already almost Rm100.

Its an account based. all 3 usage will counted as 1 in your account.

The phone itself is about RM599.You can use the phone as modem for your laptop.

This plan is mainly aim for those user who only use it for normal surfing portability.Of course is not suitable for us who heavy download or mass streaming video.But i would get it if they dunt have auto renew subscription every month.

But you can't apply that pricing to internet surfers using the desktop.
That kind of pay as you use pricing scheme was meant for those who surf WAP sites on their GPRS phones.

To apply this with a 10mbps line is insane!
Each gigabyte will cost you RM30. Compared to 3GB plans of other mobile isps it's way overpriced.

Loading just a few favourite Youtube videos will cost you quite an amount!

1mb=0.03cents

so if u use 10GB per month, they will charge u for 0.021 cents for 1mb

so 1gb=1024mb
    10g=10240mb
10gb=Rm 215.04

For Every 4GB and Above, u will get Rm9 Rebate for Each GB

so u will get Rm90 rebate on ur next month..

ehh bro.. u are wrong.. Lowest Entry Cost Per Month. Maxis- Rm30 ( Voice). Boardband (RM 48) Internet, Rm 18(Mobile Data) so 30+48+18=96.

but i still think YES is offering to Lite User instead on HARDCORE user, unless they willing to pay more

yea. they will still charge u RM60. but remember, u dun have any more credit to credit..if they really provide good service. i think u will be easily hit their min usage of Rm30

Maxis Plan Rm30 is only for Voice, not internet :/ so they are different concept.

I will say it will be better than the rest.

Reason: Heavy users won't subscribe to it.

That's why I say they are using the right strategy to phase out those heavy users.

I also will not subscribe to its broadband service. Hahaha ... I need one drama per night, with that rate, I can buy original DVD from Speedy Video.

The Voice+Data maybe depends on their charging rate for OFF-NET calls and of course on their phone type.

On the other hand the incumbents can look at YES's offering and think "Ha! No worries. Not competitive!" and then maintain their current pricing.

Ppl had high expectation because YES uses very misleading wording to hype their service... bordering on false advertisement I'd say.

yes, i agree on this... YES tried to paint a very good pictures for us before the launch and too bad, what they think "good" is not really good to users...

I think now the happiest ppl will be other ISP, e.g TMNut, Maxis, Digi, Celcom, Umobile, etc... coz they don't have to do anything as YES will not threaten them that much...

I think I would not go for YES.

They just compare with the rate that advance to them but hide those where cannot compete .

Another AMAX ,P1 WIMAX .....

let ppl DDOS already. server freeze. need shutdown. hahaha

after months of testing .. their infra should be ready for this.. they should expect all the traffic .. and backup plan is missing ..

if me.. i wont subscribe so fast.. at least wait for their network to stabilize and expand their coverage first.. if no, no point u only can online at certain area..
