QUOTE(squall_12 @ Nov 7 2010, 08:56 PM) hi guy, can try this: restart/boot your system. press F8 before windows logo come out. select boot using low resolution setting. your system will boot at the lowest resolution available (maybe 800 x 600). change resolution to your preference, and reboot. cross fingers that it will work got issue with my sapphire 5550 which connect using hdmi to my pioneer amp then to lg lcd tv which after installed ati driver 10.6 version and boot to windows then it become blank screen. Even AMD Athlon II X4 doesn't bottleneck much games.
I don't see Core i5 760/750 needs to be OCed at all. Because most games can't even utilize every single juice of a Processor. Also, gain is neglected. |

How do i know the minimal CPU speed (i7 930) 4 5870 CF?
i wanna make both GPU+CPU fully utilies their full potential...(not 100% load) now running 3.8GHz 4 5870CF stock speeed.. should i put some more power on CPPU like 4GHz or 3.8 will do just fine? and 1 more i get dizzy with this LCD connection.. the screen is in full mode with only DVI cable...when i plug in HDMI..it's getting bigger i know it has something 2 do with scaling option but i thought CCC10.10 has overcome the scaling problem.. now i just stick with DVI..no more headache.. QUOTE Some Cayman Radeon HD6970 specs 1536 stream processors We managed to get some specs of the soon-to-launch, well at least on paper, AMD Radeon HD 6970 card. What we can share with you is that Cayman packs 1536 stream processors, 32ROPs, 96 Texture units and 2GB of GDDR5 memory. We, the hard working people of Fudzilla, also have learned that the card comes with two DVI ports, 2 mini Display ports and HDMI, which is much better than what Nvidia's GTX 580 can offer. TDP looks to be slightly lower than GTX 580’s but in worst case it looks to go up to the sky, something that we’ve seen with GTX 480 and almost 300W TDP in Furmark. Stay tuned, more specs will follow as soon as we can confirm them. http://fudzilla.com/graphics/item/20759-so...eo-hd6970-specs if the spec is like wat it says, it will b impressive AMD manage to squeeze more performance considering that 5870 has 1600sp, also 32ROPs but 80 texture unit |
